NEW CANEY, TX (March 31, 2026) – The Trails will host an exclusive event for Houston-area Realtors, inviting agents to experience the New Caney community during its Spring Fest & Model Home Tour on Thursday, April 23 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Part of the community’s annual “Taste of the Trails” celebration, the gathering
offers Realtors the opportunity to tour the community’s five fully decorated model homes, connect with builders and explore what makes The Trails a standout option for buyers.
Each model will feature engaging experiences, complemented by food and drinks, live music and a welcoming, festival-style atmosphere. A farmers market and sunflower bar further enhance the experience, giving Realtors a look at the lifestyle their clients can expect at The Trails.
The Trails is located off the Grand Parkway at Plum Grove Road (28827 Cross Pines Drive). Realtors are encouraged to RSVP here.
As part of the community’s ongoing commitment to its Realtor partners, licensed Realtors once again will earn an entry into a $10,000 cash drawing for every new home sales contract written in The Trails in 2026, with both inventory and to-be-built homes eligible.
With homes starting in the upper $200s and direct access to the Grand Parkway, The Trails continues to attract strong interest among first-time and those seeking more attainable homeownership options. The community’s initial phase is now approximately 90 percent built out. Plans for a second phase of new homes will be announced in the coming weeks.
Looking ahead, construction is progressing on a five-acre Amenity Campus that will serve as a central hub for residents. Planned to open later this year, the campus will include a clubhouse, resort-style pool with connected lap pool, children’s splash pad and playground, and flexible outdoor areas designed for events, gatherings and everyday relaxation.
Retail growth is also on the horizon, with Fidelis Realty Partners securing 33 acres at the northeast corner of Plum Grove Road and the Grand Parkway for a future large-format shopping destination that will further enhance convenience for residents.
The Trails features approximately 600 acres of contiguous, undeveloped land dedicated to nature trails and outdoor recreation. Land also has been reserved for a proposed on-site school. For more information about The Trails, including available homes and amenities, visit www.TheTrailsHouston.com
